Control-room monitoring across facility camera views

Video management

KVABI VMS Professional

Everyday video operations. One independently managed site.

Bring live monitoring, recording, playback and evidence into one local workspace. KVABI VMS Professional gives site teams control of their cameras without the complexity of a distributed deployment.

Built around your operation

For shops, offices, warehouses, schools and facilities with one local recording operation.

A clear view of your site

Arrange cameras into live layouts, move between views and check camera availability from the same console.

Recording around your operation

Set continuous or scheduled recording, manage retention and keep selected recordings on hold when an incident needs further review.

From incident to evidence

Find recordings by camera and time, review local playback and export evidence with integrity hashes.

Access that fits each role

Give named users access to the cameras they need. Keep user permissions, audit records and operational diagnostics in the local system.

Deployment architecture

One site. One active logical recorder.

Cameras connect to the site's recorder and storage. Operators use the browser console, with administration and video operations managed locally. Separate Professional installations can serve separate locations; central federation is an Enterprise capability.

Review and investigate

Follow the recording, not a folder of files.

Select a camera and time range, inspect recording coverage and review video in the archive workspace.

Plan the right fit

Size the system around the cameras, not a headline number.

Licensing defines the edition and purchased camera allocation. Camera compatibility, server capacity and storage are assessed against the actual workload.

  • Camera models, codecs and stream profiles
  • Recording bitrate, schedule and retention period
  • Storage capacity and operator workstation load

AI applications and third-party system integrations are separately scoped. A VMS licence does not automatically include an analytics package.
